Volunteer as a Presenter or a Panelist
Are you a published author or industry professional with insights to share? Wordbridge invites presenters to lead workshops, give talks, or participate in panels, solo or in collaboration with others. We’re looking for engaging, knowledgeable voices to help inspire and support writers at every stage. Share your experience, connect with a vibrant literary community, and contribute to the creative growth of new writers.

Shared Authors’ Table
Are you an author attending the conference as a ticket holder or presenter? Showcase and sell your books at our Shared Authors’ Table. This is a dedicated space for local and visiting writers to reach new readers and share their work with the community. It’s an easy, low-pressure way to promote your writing and connect with fellow attendees.

Volunteer as a Blue Pencil Editor
We’re looking for experienced editors to offer 15-minute one-on-one feedback sessions during the Wordbridge Writers’ Conference. It’s a great way to support the writing community and connect with fellow creatives, and maybe even meet a future client.
To participate, you must hold a valid conference ticket (complimentary if you’re also a presenter or panelist), apply at least one month before the event, and be available to provide feedback in person. You’ll be matched with writers based on your genre expertise and receive submissions two weeks in advance.
