If you’re a general vendor of literary-themed/writing-related crafts, goods, or services, you may qualify for a vendor booth at the conference.
For the 2027 Conference we will be located at Sandman Signature Hotels in Lethbridge and there will be approximately 20 booths available. The cost per booth is currently $75 CAD. (If you are a registered non-profit or charity, please let us know, as you may qualify for a discounted rate.) The booths will be 6 feet in length and located in the hotel’s Anton’s ballroom, which will be open to the conference attendees from Friday, April 2 through Sunday, April 4, 2027 (times TBA; setup likely will be on Friday morning, takedown on Sunday evening).
